Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Rehab/Medical Ward at Figtree Private Hospital on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to specialise in Rehabilitation and Medical Ward care. The ideal candidate will be confident with managing their own patient load, medicating, ADL's, admission & discharge process, documentation, and escalating care processes.

About the Role

As a member of our clinical team, you will plan, deliver and evaluate care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Registered Nurses ensuring a high standard of quality service is provided.

In this role you will:

- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse across the rehabilitation ward.
- Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with your scope of practice, including IV medication administration.
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards.

About You





You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with robust communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- IV Qualified
- Minimum 12 months experience in an acute medical/hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety.

About You

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $36.19 - $39.40+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-gr4)

Additional Information
