Nero Bathrooms International is looking for an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team in Carrum Downs, Victoria.
This is a full-time position supporting the day-to-day operation of our customer service team. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and other departments to ensure customer enquiries, orders and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
Respond to daily customer, trade and dealer enquiries via phone and email
Assess warranty claims and aftersales cases
Liaise with plumbers, installers and builders to diagnose reported issues
Lodge service calls with local plumbers and coordinate replacement parts or unit replacements where required
Arrange and dispatch replacement parts
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy workplace
- Good computer and system skills
- A positive, reliable and hands-on approach
- Previous experience in the plumbing, building, wholesale or related industry would be an advantage
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience would be preferred, but is not essential
