The OSHC Educator supports the OSHC Coordinator in the provision of a high quality Outside School Hours Care program which meets government regulatory standards, service requirements and customer expectations.
Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications:
- Cert III in Children Services or higher, equivalent or working towards
- An understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Previous experience in teaching, childcare and/or OSHC preferred
- Understanding of WH&S; principles
Special Requirements:
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Current Paid Blue Card
- Consent to be Responsible Person in Charge of the service (if required)
