About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Power Division and lead the successful delivery of critical utility infrastructure projects across the Perth metropolitan area. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential power infrastructure that supports communities, industry, and future network growth.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of utility and power infrastructure projects.

- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

- Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.

- Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial obligations.

- Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management and clients.

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency across project delivery activities.

About you

- Demonstrated experience delivering major power, utilities,



HV/LV transmission, distribution, or related infrastructure projects.

- Proven experience in a Project Manager role within a construction, utilities, or infrastructure environment.

- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and construction practices.

- Demonstrated commercial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, risk management, and claims management.

- Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Sound understanding of safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

- Current Australian driver's licence.
