Your Role as Educational Leader





As Educational Leader, you’ll be the pedagogical heartbeat of the service—leading with clarity, compassion, and purpose. You will:

- Lead curriculum development and embed high‑quality educational programs

- Mentor, coach and uplift educators to deliver best‑practice learning experiences

- Strengthen documentation, planning cycles and reflective practice

- Support compliance across NQS, EYLF and Child Safe Standards

- Build meaningful relationships with families and community partners

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success

About You

You’re a confident, values‑driven educator who thrives in team-oriented environments and brings out the best in others . You understand the power of early learning and the importance of strong, supportive teams .

To succeed, you’ll need:

- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA‑approved)

- Experience as an Educational Leader or senior educator

- Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks

- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
