Excellent opportunities now exist for Full-Time Customer Service Officer to join our team, located in Tullamarine, Melbourne. We are looking for a team member who likes to look after their customers, with a warm professional personality in this hands on role.

THE ROLE, RATES AND ROSTERS

Customer service officers (CSO) are critical to our operation. Your role involves running our front counter alongside fellow CSOs, processing onsite customers and keys to their vehicles, phone reservations and enquiries,



communicating with our shuttle bus drivers and yard officers and supporting those staff with their duties during breaks. This role is for early AM shifts working on a rotational roster. Regular weekend work is also required.

It’s an exciting and varied role, truly enjoyable for the right candidate!

We are looking for an energetic self starter who loves early starts.

Customer facing role. Duties include but not limited to

- Answer phones.

- Taking reservations

- Checking in customers

- Driving the shuttle bus to and from the airport

- Driving and parking cars

- Keeping reception Tidy

- General administration tasks
