We're looking for a practical, hands-on Electrical Supervisor who isn't afraid to get out in the field, lead from the front and work alongside the team when required.

THE ROLE

As Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining high standards across projects and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
You'll be a visible presence on site, working closely with electricians, project management, clients and subcontractors to keep projects moving.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintain a visible field presence across all projects.
- Lead and support electrical crews in day-to-day operations.
- Work alongside crews where operationally required.
- Assist with HV/LV installations, cable hauling, testing and commissioning.
- Support civil works including trenching, conduit installation and reinstatement.
- Operate plant and equipment where authorised.
- Participate in outages, shutdowns and emergency works.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and daily activities.
- Lead by example when it comes to safety, quality and productivity.




- Identify and resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with project teams and clients.

You'll also play an important role in maintaining accurate project documentation including:

- Review and approve Daily Logs.
- Manage RFIs, correspondence and drawings.
- Maintain inspections, observations, incidents and NCRs.
- Upload photos, permits, SWMS reviews and meeting minutes.
- Track defects, actions and handover documentation.
- Verify labour, plant and daywork records.
- Ensure document revision control and accurate records management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who can combine strong electrical knowledge with practical site leadership.
You'll ideally have:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Leading Hand.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction and installation.
- Experience across HV/LV works highly regarded.
- Experience with cable hauling, testing and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of site safety and compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and documentation.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Electrical trade qualification and relevant licences/tickets.
