We’re on the hunt for experienced Excavator Operators to join our quick-growing civil & earthworks team in Queensland!

Whether you prefer to come on as a subcontractor or as a full-time waged employee — we’re happy to have you either way.

What you’ll get:

• 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours may vary with job availability & weather)

• Optional Saturday work when you want it

• Genuine opportunity to grow with a brand-new, ambitious QLD earthmoving business

What you need:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience operating relevant machines/vehicles (GPS experience highly regarded)

• Punctuality is a must

• Your own reliable transport & smartphone

• Steel-cap boots & hi-vis clothing

• Valid Driver’s Licence (HC class highly desirable)

• Excavator Ticket

• Skid Steer / Posi-Track Ticket

• White or Blue Card (either accepted)

Key tasks include:

• Operating excavators safely and efficiently on civil construction projects

• Performing deep trenching, pile lifting, GPS Final Trim to required specifications and other earthmoving tasks





• Utilising GPS-guided excavator systems to achieve accurate excavation outcomes

• Conducting daily maintenance, inspections, general machine upkeep and digital pre-starts

• Reporting machine or site issues via mobile app

• Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment

• Completing digital & paper dockets accurately and on time
