An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Business Services Manager to join a well-established Brisbane accounting firm.

This is a excellent opportunity for a CA/CPA qualified accountant looking to take ownership of a quality client portfolio, work closely with Partners and further develop their leadership and advisory skills.

The Role You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide a mix of compliance, tax and business advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing your own client portfolio
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Providing tax planning and business advisory support
- Reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Working closely with Partners on client matters
- Identifying opportunities to add value to clients

About You

- CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ years' Australian public practice experience




- Strong Business Services and taxation knowledge
- Previous experience managing clients
- Confident communicator with strong client skills
- Experience mentoring or reviewing junior staff
- Commercial, proactive and client-focused approach
