We are seeking a Foreman to join a leading Class 2 residential builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across Sydney.

With opportunities across both structures and finishes this is an excellent opportunity for experienced Foreman looking to join a professional, well-established builder with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of construction works on a Class 2 residential project.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day site activities and construction works
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Managing site sequencing, program and short-term planning
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and documentation
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Coordinating inspections and ensuring works meet project requirements
- Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors
- Assisting with project handover and defects where required





The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Foreman within Class 2 residential construction
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methodology and processes
- Proven experience delivering projects over $80 million
- Experience managing trades and subcontractors on site
- Excellent understanding of drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lead from the front and maintain a productive site environment
- Relevant construction qualifications and licences
