We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist who aligns with our core values. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering a high-quality experience for our patients from the moment they arrive until they leave, making a lasting, positive, and professional impression.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering phone calls, triaging inquiries, booking appointments, managing billing, and handling general administrative tasks.

To ensure your success, you will receive a comprehensive training program upon commencement. This includes a full clinic orientation and induction, online compliance training, and ongoing support from your Practice Manager and colleagues. We are committed to providing you with the necessary skills and training to deliver consistent, quality patient service.

What We Need from You

- Experience: Previous medical administration or reception experience is highly regarded.
- Availability: Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, with a willingness to cover extra shifts if needed (potential additional shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency, with a willingness to learn healthcare software and portals (e.g., PRODA, MyMedicare, Cubiko, Tyro, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



exceptional customer service standards, and solid cultural sensitivity.
- Core Competencies: The ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads under pressure, and maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
