About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, professional manner

- Managing front desk and reception duties

- Booking and coordinating appointments

- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

- Processing payments and maintaining patient records

- Supporting the clinical team with general administration tasks

- Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Customer-service focused with excellent communication skills
