An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Coordinator.

Working as part of a collaborative payroll team, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end outsourced payroll services. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is confident managing payroll processes from start to finish.

About the role

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Supporting the onboarding of new payroll clients and employees
- Setting up new employees, including TFN, superannuation and employment details
- Maintaining employee leave records and preparing payroll reports
- Preparing and lodging payroll tax, IAS and superannuation
- Managing WorkCover requirements where required
- Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll reporting
- Managing terminations, redundancies, LSL and other payroll-related processes
- Responding to payroll queries and providing a high level of client service
- Working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll issues

About you

We're looking for an experienced payroll professional who brings:





- Strong experience processing high-volume end-to-end payroll
- Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including STP, superannuation and payroll tax
- Experience managing multiple payrolls or working across multiple entities/clients
- Exposure to terminations, redundancies, Workers Compensation, LSL and EOFY reporting
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
