About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Receivals Officer to join the team at Trumps.

Based at our Acacia Ridge site, you will be responsible for receiving incoming goods, checking deliveries against purchase orders, accurately receipting stock and ensuring materials are safely and efficiently moved into the warehouse.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment and takes pride in getting the details right.

What you'll be doing

- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, checking quantities, product condition and documentation against purchase orders

- Accurately receipt incoming goods into our inventory system

- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods or incorrect deliveries and assist with resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams

- Coordinate the putaway of received stock into the appropriate warehouse locations

- Ensure goods are stored safely and efficiently and that warehouse records remain accurate

- Maintain accurate receivals documentation and stock records

- Work closely with Purchasing, Production and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required

- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse and maintain an efficient workflow

- Follow all company requirements relating to food safety, quality, workplace health and safety

- Contribute ideas and improvements to warehouse and receivals processes

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in accuracy.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse receivals, stores, inventory or similar role





- Experience working in a manufacturing, food manufacturing, transport or logistics environment will be highly regarded

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when checking deliveries and entering information

- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Experience using inventory, warehouse or ERP systems

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams

- A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team

- A current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift will be advantageous, but is not essential
