In your first phase, your focus will be on learning the craft and building your database through:

- Calling open inspection attendees

- Prospecting and database reactivation

- Prospecting for appraisals

- Door knocking

- Working to clear daily targets and a scoreboard

This role is structured, target-driven, and performance-based.
