Reception Lead – South (Armadale | Rockingham | Mandurah | Bunbury/Busselton)

Advara HeartCare is looking for a Reception Lead – South to support and lead our reception teams across Armadale, Rockingham, Mandurah and Bunbury/Busselton.

This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced medical receptionist or senior administrator who loves people, enjoys solving problems and wants to have a bigger impact across a team.

What you'll be doing

- Leading and supporting our southern reception teams
- Coordinating day-to-day staffing, rosters and coverage
- Supporting consistent processes and great patient service across our sites
- Coaching and supporting team members
- Working closely with doctors and our broader administration team
- Helping identify and implement ways to make things work better
- Being the go-to person when the team needs support or guidance

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable, positive and practical, with the confidence to lead a team and have the sometimes-tricky conversations when needed.

You'll have:

- Experience in medical reception or administration




- Strong communication and people skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to great patient care
- The ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities

You don't necessarily need previous leadership experience — if you're someone who naturally steps up, supports others and takes ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
