Growing irrigation business needs more installers to keep up with demand

We're busy - really busy. Strong project pipeline stretching months ahead across Greater Sydney means we need motivated people to join our installation team right now. If you're a plumbing apprentice, landscaper, labourer, or outdoor worker looking for stable full-time work with proper training, this could be it.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing automated irrigation systems on sports fields, commercial developments, residential properties, golf courses, and shopping centres across Sydney. Every day is different - one day you're trenching and laying pipes at a new housing estate, next day you're installing controllers and testing systems at a sports complex.

You'll learn:

- Commercial irrigation system installation

- Controller programming and setup

- Pump systems and hydraulics

- Trenching, pipe laying, valve installation

- System testing and troubleshooting

- $28.58 - $37/hour depending on experience

What We Need

- Some outdoor work or trade background (plumbing apprentice, landscaping, construction, labouring)

- Current White Card

- Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Comfortable using basic technology (we use Slack and electronic timesheets - we'll show you how)

- Show up on time, communicate if something comes up

- Team player who takes pride in their work

- Right to work in Australia

About the Work

Based in Smeaton Grange, working across Greater Sydney (Southwest Sydney, Western Sydney, Macarthur region - Camden, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Narellan and beyond). Physical outdoor work. Hands-on problem solving. Diverse projects.

A Typical Day: Start at the yard, load materials, head to site with your team. Dig trenches, lay pipe, install valves and sprinklers, test systems. Learn something new. Home by 3:30-4pm most days.
