We are seeking multiple experienced Team Leaders with a strong Lending background to lead, coach and develop a team within a fast-paced Banking and Financial Services environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and strong performance outcomes.

- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team

- Driving a positive and engaged team culture

- Coaching team members to achieve quality, productivity and customer experience targets

- Managing performance through regular feedback and development conversations

- Supporting onboarding,



training and capability development

- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvement initiatives

- Managing escalations and supporting complex customer situations

- Ensuring compliance with lending requirements, internal policies and regulatory obligations

- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

About You

We're looking for someone who combines solid people leadership skills with a genuine understanding of lending operations.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent people leadership role

- Experience within the Banking & Financial Services sector

- Strong knowledge of lending products, processes and customer journeys

- Exposure to mortgage lending, personal lending, consumer finance, settlements, loan processing or credit assessment environments

- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Analytical and problem-solving capability

- A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement
