Physiotas is seeking a part-time receptionist to join the team, with opportunities to provide additional relief cover within the administration team when required. This is a busy and fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will need to be organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple tasks while providing a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will need to have availability to work both opening shifts from 7:30am and closing shifts until 6:15pm. Opening and closing shifts will be scheduled on different days and will never be required on the same day.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, and we welcome applications from individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.

The Position

As a Receptionist at Physiotas, the successful applicant will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the clinics. Responsibilities of the role include:

· Providing a warm, friendly, and professional first point of contact for patients

· Booking and managing appointments across all NW clinics

· Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries

· Managing referrals and coordinating practitioner schedules

· Processing payments, invoices, and private health fund claims

· Collecting, maintaining, and securely storing patient information

· Completing end-of-day banking and balancing procedures

· Ordering stock and providing administrative support to practitioners as required

· Handling cash and completing banking tasks accurately and responsibly
