About the role

We are seeking an energetic and adaptable team member to join our Yard team utilizing their Forklift Operator expertise and teamwork skills in a small supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Unloading of pallets and racks of stock from incoming deliveries

- Placement of incoming stock throughout the Nursery

- Movement of stock within the Nursery to ensure proper plant health, including manual handling

- Assistance with general maintenance and care of the site

About you

- Like outdoor work and be prepared to work in all weather conditions

- Be reliable and enjoy working in a team environment

- Be physically capable, as some lifting of plants is required

- Have a valid forklift license and your own transport to our site in Kenthurst

- Be willing to learn plant names and varieties





- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize work

- Flexible attitude and a strong level of fitness
