Workshop Manager – Melbourne West Region

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety
- Lead, motivate, and develop workshop teams to achieve operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage the regional budget, resources, and compliance requirements
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders




- Monitor key KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded
- Experience in the automotive industry

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in workshop management, ideally within the service or manufacturing sectors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Demonstrated operational and business improvement capability
- Hands-on approach and familiarity with workshop safety standards and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reality check:
This role is site-based across multiple workshops in the West Region, requiring occasional travel between locations. A hands-on leadership style and a focus on operational excellence are essential.
