- Vista’Mare – a stylish snacks and spritz bar offering aperitivo culture, premium cocktails, and stunning waterfront views.

a’Mare, an elegant Italian fine-dining restaurant located at Crown Sydney, is seeking Senior Sommeliers to join our award-winning team. With an extensive wine cellar and a reputation for excellence, a’Mare proudly received the Best New Wine List at the 2021 Australian Wine List of the Year Awards.

This role is casual to start, and full time offered for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For





Essential Requirements:

- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Strong expertise in wine and food pairing, with a focus on Italian, French, and Australian wines
- Fluent spoken English
- Diploma hospitality qualifications and/or 1–3 years of sommelier or relevant industry experience
- Passion for exceptional customer service and teamwork
- Immaculate grooming and skilled presentation
- Experience with POS systems

Highly Regarded:

- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines
