We're on the hunt for a reliable Process Operator to join a well-established grain processing and production facility in Perth. This is a genuine temp-to-perm prospect — start with us, prove yourself, and step into a permanent position with the site.

- Monday to Friday — 76 hour fortnight, no weekends, no FIFO
- Choice of 6am or 9am starts, 7.6 to 8.4 hours per day

What you'll be doing:

- Container lining (around half the role) and bulk out-loading
- Receiving and unloading raw materials, sampling and quality testing
- Operating automated and semi-automated plant equipment
- Data entry, record keeping and completing checklists
- General cleaning,



hygiene and manual handling across the plant
- Basic maintenance, checks and reporting any issues

What we're looking for:

- Previous operator experience in manufacturing, production or warehousing (highly regarded, not essential)
- Comfortable with physical work — lifting up to 25kg, stairs, bending, hosing down
- Solid numeracy, literacy and basic computer skills
- A keen eye for detail and pride in a job done properly
- Forklift licence and any confined space / heights tickets are a bonus
- Year 10 or equivalent

The site is noisy, dusty and you'll be exposed to the weather at times — so if you're the type who'd rather be moving than sitting at a desk, you'll fit right in.
