We're seeking an experienced Quality Control / Foreman / Workshop Controller to lead and manage our workshop operations. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise workshop technicians and support staff
- Oversee all vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance work
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage workshop scheduling and workflow optimization
- Identify and resolve quality issues and technical challenges
- Liaise with service advisors and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
- Implement safety and procedural compliance across the workshop
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
