Job Title: Sales Consultant – Shield Doors & Windows (Instore & Online)

About the Role

Shield Doors & Windows is looking for an energetic, sales-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on instore role with a robust sales focus, you'll be following up on online enquiries, closing sales in-store, and building great relationships with our customers from first contact through to completed sale.

If you love talking to people, have a natural ability to build rapport, and know how to turn an enquiry into a sale, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing (in order of priority)

Sales – our top priority
Following up on online leads and enquiries promptly and professionally
Engaging instore customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right doors and windows solutions
Closing sales and converting enquiries into confirmed orders
Building genuine rapport, your personality and ability to connect with people is key to this role

Customer Service & Follow-Up
Providing outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to after-sale follow-up
Keeping customers updated throughout their order/installation journey




Handling questions and concerns professionally, ensuring a great customer experience

Admin
Preparing accurate quotes
Processing orders and maintaining sales records
General administrative tasks to support the sales process

What We're Looking For
A natural people-person with strong sales instincts and confidence closing deals
Excellent communication skills, both in person and online
Someone organised and comfortable with admin/quoting tasks
Previous sales or customer service experience (retail, trade, or similar) preferred
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage your own workflow between sales, follow-up, and admin tasks
