Villa Romana Cairns is looking for a talented Chef to join our team.

Salary range from $85000 ++

We continue to grow our restaurant and gain many happy and loyal clientele daily. As a result we need to invest in some new team members to join our super team.

We are currently looking for a very talented and organised Chef to help carry our restaurant and the team into the future. There is potential for career progression to more senior management role for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will need to hold all relevant qualifications Cert IV / Diploma and a minimum of 2 years experiences in commercial cookery - in particular in Italian cuisine.

Experience in rapid paced setting will be looked upon favourably.

Be able to assist the head chef with food ordering and costing
