BARISTA – Hidden Grounds Group

Hidden Grounds Group is looking for experienced and motivated baristas to join our team across our Sydney locations.

Locations:
Hidden Grounds – Miranda
Hidden Grounds – Kirrawee
Hidden Grounds – Tallawong

About the role:
Preparing high-quality coffee consistently
Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
Working efficiently during busy periods
Supporting the team with general café duties when required

About you:
Previous cafe/barista experience preferred
Positive coffee-making skills and knowledge
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Friendly and positive attitude
Able to work well in a fast-paced team workplace
Weekend availability is preferred




Australia cafe experience is highly regarded, but we are happy to consider candidates who are willing to learn
