What you'll be doing:
Operating production machinery to set procedures and quality standards
Forklift operations — moving raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods around the plant
Loading and unloading trucks
Routine machine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance
Following all safety procedures and quality control standards
Working as part of a shift team to hit production targets

What you'll bring:
Current National HRW Forklift Licence (LF) — essential
Previous machine operating experience (manufacturing, production, or similar)
Solid work ethic and reliability — show up on time, every shift
Ability to work in a physical, hands-on setting
Positive communication skills and a team-first attitude
Full Australian work rights

Bonus points for:
Experience in cable,



wire, plastics, or extrusion manufacturing
Forklift experience in tight industrial environments

Pay: $46.31 – $53.27 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
