Job description

We are seeking 2 experienced barista for a Gloria Jean's Coffee located at Tea Tree Plaza and Elizabeth. You are welcome to either submit your CV online or in store (to the Team Leader only).

Skills required:
Hospitality experience min. 2 year and 1 year barista experience (Latte art preferred)
A positive attitude and bubbly personality, being able to work as a team member
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on developing genuine relationships with your colleagues and our guests
Customer oriented mindset
Ability to prioritise the tasks during shifts
Must be adaptable with working hours and able to work morning or afternoon shifts throughout the week as a barista
flexibility to travel between TTP and Elizabeth stores will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:
customer oriented service
Serving handcrafted and high-quality espresso beverages following Gloria Jeans Standards,



along with a positive attitude
Managing the pastry cabinet and preparing food, abiding by the National Food & Safety Standards
Prioritising daily shift duties as set by the Team Leader/Store Manager

Schedule:
15 hour min a week for successful applicants
Right candidated who pass the probation will get more hours and flexible work arragement if required

Pay: Up to $38.78 per hour
