Restaurant Bar Supervisor – Taxi Kitchen

We are seeking an exceptional Bar Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role and requires someone with dedication, experience, a genuine passion and drive for the industry and who is looking for a long-term position.

The successful applicant will have:
2+ years’ supervisory experience and 5+ years’ hospitality experience
Vibrant personality with high energy and natural hospitality
Skilled personal presentation and strong communication skills
Solid leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor
Task-driven, goal-orientated, and highly organised
Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge
Restaurant service experience
Experience doing stock ordering, stocktakes and batching
Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team as well as work independently
