Courier Driver

Location: Brisbane, QLD
Employment Type: Casual / Permanent Prospects Available
Hours: Potentially between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on daily delivery requirements
Weekend Work: Some weekend availability may be required

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Courier Drivers to join our client’s growing delivery operations in Brisbane.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of parcels and freight to customers and businesses across designated delivery areas.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is punctual, dependable, physically capable and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a delivery vehicle while following all road and workplace safety requirements
Collect and deliver parcels, freight and other goods to customers
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
Complete deliveries within required timeframes
Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Complete required delivery documentation and electronic records
Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle
Communicate with dispatch and management regarding deliveries or issues
Follow company policies,



procedures and safety requirements

Working Hours

The role may involve shifts between approximately 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on operational requirements and the daily delivery schedule.

Weekend work may also be required, so flexibility with working days and hours is highly desirable.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
A current and valid Australian driver's licence
A reliable and responsible attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good physical fitness, including the ability to load and unload freight
Strong attention to detail
A skilled presentation and positive attitude
Previous courier, delivery, transport, warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
