IN-STORE TEAM MEMBER

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking In-Store Team Member to join our family-owned pizza shop in Southport.

We’re a small local business, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work and is happy to get involved across both the kitchen and front counter.

About the Role

You’ll work across a variety of tasks throughout the shop, including:

· Preparing pizza sauces, toppings and other ingredients

· Making pizzas and Italian deli-style subs

· Working across the pizza and sub stations

· Taking customer orders at the counter and over the phone

· Processing payments through our POS system

· Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation of our food

· Following food safety and hygiene standards

· Keeping your workstation clean, organised and well stocked

· Assisting with general kitchen duties when required

· Working closely and positively with the rest of the team

· Providing friendly and efficient customer service

· Is willing to learn and take on different tasks around the shop

Shift and Pay Details:

· Has availability to work at least 3 days per week

· Casual position, with the opportunity to progress to Permanent Part-Time or Full time

· 3–6 hour shifts

· Shifts available between 12 pm and 9 pm, Monday–Sunday

· Uniform Tops and caps will be provided

· Pay is in accordance with the applicable Fast Food Industry Award 2020, including relevant casual, weekend and public holiday rates

o Between $20.86/hr – 34.76/hr Monday – Fridays

o Between $25.04/hr – $69.53/hr Weekends and Public Holid

Pay: $26.44 – $49.08 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 20.0 per week
