Key Responsibilities - Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and Reactive maintenance on HV LV switchgear, transformers, Switchboards, SCADA Systems and cables. - Testing & Commissioning: Conduct primary/secondary injection, on Switchboards, Transformers, Motors, Generators, Capacitor Banks and protection relay testing. - Switching Operations: Able to develop HV Switching Procedures and execute secure electrical isolations and high voltage switching and issue relevant permits. - Compliance & Safety: Follow strict safety rules, complete risk assessments, and write service reports, developing of job specific JSA’s, SWMS and Safety documents.

Requirements & Qualifications - Trade License: A-Grade Electrical Trade Qualification or equivalent. - HV Certification: High Voltage Switching Operator certificate (current).



- Experience: Hands-on background working with industrial or utility HV/LV electrical assets. - Skills: Ability to read single-line diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings. - Diagnostics: Thermography, Ultrasonic or any other condition monitoring certifications would be an advantage.

Applicants will only be considered if they have High Voltage experience and has all the necessary clearances and visa requirements to work in Australia.

Remuneration and package will be developed depending on abilities and experience based on current Victorian ETU EBA conditions.
