Work collaboratively within a supportive teaching team, maintain effective and professional communication with families, and ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are upheld.

Facilitate meaningful learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Work collaboratively within a supportive teaching team
Maintain effective and qualified communication with families
Regularly monitor, reflect on, and evaluate program effectiveness
Create a warm, secure, and stimulating learning setting
Build and maintain positive working relationships with all team members
Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are upheld
Demonstrate experience in delivering and improving educational programs

About you
Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved or working towards)
Current Working With Children Check




Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
Ability to build authentic, nurturing relationships with children and families through intentional interactions, curriculum, and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
