Our client, R Vashist & V Vishawjeet, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its horticultural farming facilities and ensure productive, protected and compliant workplace practices.

Job Title:
Facility Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise facility operations and coordinate resources, staff and activities to support the effective operation of the horticultural business.

Duties:
Coordinate daily facility activities and ensure operational requirements are met.
Supervise the use, maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment and facilities.
Monitor workplace conditions and ensure health, safety and operational procedures are followed.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs and liaise with relevant service providers when required.




Manage facility resources, supplies and operational requirements.
Supervise staff and allocate tasks according to daily operational needs.
Maintain facility records and monitor compliance with relevant procedures and standards.

Qualification:
AQF Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, agriculture or a related field.

Salary:
AUD $80,000 – $90,000 per annum + Superannuation

Working Conditions:
Full-time, permanent position
38 hours per week

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
