About the role

Minato Sushi Snackbar is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated all-rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on position covering customer service, food preparation and daily shop operations. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with food, communicates well with customers and can stay organised during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly service
Take orders and operate the POS system
Assist prep sushi, hot meals, snacks and drinks
Pack takeaway and online orders accurately
Restock food, packaging and service areas
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist with opening and closing duties
Support other team members during busy periods

About you
Friendly, positive and dependable




Comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to follow recipes, procedures and food-safety requirements
Willing to learn different areas of the business
Available for weekday and Saturday shifts
Hospitality, café, kitchen or sushi experience is preferred but not essential
Food-handling knowledge is an advantage
