Store Manager

Hours of Work

Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Saturday 9am to 4pm - one off every 4 week cycle

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Store Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day presentation and customer experience within our store.

Working closely with the owners, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is consistently presented to the highest standards and reflects our brand, expectations and values.

About the Role

As the customer-facing manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales within the store. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day customer experience and sales within the store
Building robust relationships with customers and providing exceptional service
Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow the business
Ensuring the store is presented to a high standard at all times
Maintaining visual merchandising and overall store presentation
Working closely with the owners to uphold our brand standards and expectations
Ensuring the store is clean,



organised and inviting
Managing day-to-day store operations and addressing customer enquiries
Taking ownership of the store's appearance and customer-facing operations

Stock management will be handled externally, allowing you to focus on what matters most in this role — customers, sales and creating a great-looking store environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
