We are looking for an Experienced Cook or Chef - proven Team leader to join our team.

We are seeking a responsible, productive & reliable leader with the purpose of running the day to operations of the kitchen. This includes:

Food Preparation and Cooking, Supervision of staff, ensuring they follow proper cooking techniques and hygiene standards.

Handling inventory and stock management, including ordering supplies and ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Food Handler's License is required for this role.





Coordinate kitchen activities and ensure smooth operations during service.

Culinary Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) within a skilled kitchen.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Communication Skills: Valuable communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.

Mexican cuisine experience beneficial but not compulsory for this position.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
