Job includes:
Mise en place
Washing/cleaning
Cooking for service
Understanding food cost and waste control
Labelling
Front of house:
Prepare for service
cleaning floor and table surfaces
greeting and serving customers
pouring and serving alcohol (RSA required)
serving food
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK JAPANESE for front of house
Pay: $33.85 – $44.86 per hour
