WE’RE HIRING – HEAD CHEF
A newly opened café/deli in Albert Park is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Head Chef to lead and manage the kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Proven experience with breakfast service
Solid background in sandwich bar / deli-style food
Ordering and stock control
Rostering and kitchen management
Experience managing and leading kitchen staff
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen
