EIH Care is a energetic organisation committed to promoting health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life within the community. We provide person-centred care and support to NDIS participants, aged care clients and people with a range of health and support needs.

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses / Support Workers to join our community care team. The successful candidates will work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other health specialists to provide secure, high-quality and person-centred care in clients' homes and the community.

The role involves supporting clients to maintain their health, wellbeing and independence while assisting them to achieve their individual goals. Duties may include personal care, daily living support, community participation, transport, meal preparation, domestic assistance and monitoring clients' wellbeing.

Registered Nurses will also provide clinical nursing care within their scope of practice, including health assessments,



wound care, medication support, chronic and complex care, health monitoring, care planning and coordination with other health professionals.

All staff are expected to follow individual care and support plans, maintain accurate documentation, identify and report changes in clients' health or wellbeing, follow workplace health and safety requirements, and maintain client dignity, privacy, choice and confidentiality.

The successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, compassion and a commitment to person-centred care and supporting clients to live as independently as possible.

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
