Elchi, a contemporary Indian fine-dining restaurant in Melbourne CBD, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.

Location

Melbourne CBD

6 days per week – Tuesday to Sunday
Evening shifts – from 5:30 PM onwards

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender who can confidently manage a busy restaurant bar and deliver excellent service.

Applicants must have previous professional bartending experience.

You will be responsible for:
Preparing cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages
Maintaining a clean and organised bar
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
Managing bar service efficiently during busy periods
Following RSA and responsible service requirements
Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams





We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has proven bartending experience – essential
Has strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages
Holds a valid RSA
Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is comfortable working in a busy, premium dining setting
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
