About the role

We are seeking a Territory Manager Aftermarket experienced in industrial air filtration and compressed air treatment. In this key role, you will work remotely based from your home office, managing key accounts and actively contributing to the growth of our aftermarket business across the region (Victoria, SA, WA, TAS). You will work closely with our inbound sales team in NSW.

Key responsibilities
Manage and expand the aftermarket business in Victoria, Tas, SA, WA
Develop and support authorised sales partners (resellers) OEMs, and key accounts
Conduct regular customer visits
Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to develop customer-specific solutions
Acquire new customers and build long-term customer relationships
Actively contribute to regional sales strategies in alignment with global team objectives
Work intensively with partners to support their growth and enhance customer experience

About you
Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
Experience in aftermarket sales of industrial air filtration, compressed air treatment, or related fields
Familiarity with customised customer applications and consultative sales processes
Experience in technical B2B sales,



ideally within an industrial environment
Hands-on experience with indirect sales through partners and resellers/service agents
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, BI, Oracle or equivalent
Strong self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a structured approach to work
English language skills and good written communication
Valuable understanding of the industrial landscape in the ANZ region
