Seeking an Experienced Estimator to join our vibrant and young construction company.

The core competency is Remedial Work.

Works include but not limited too;
Liquid and Sheet Membrane
Balustrades
Glazing
Rooftops
Balconies/ Planter-boxes
Facades

You will be responsible for:
Preparing and pricing tenders on projects.
Manage timing and resources to ensure timely completion.
Provide accurate and concise cost estimates
Calculate and manage costs of materials and works.
Site Inspections
Subcontractor Pricing
Tender Meetings

Must Have:
Experience in Remedial & Residential Projects
Estimating experience and technical knowledge of Construction
Experience in meeting delivery targets within required time frames.
Pricing, Rates, and Product Knowledge within remedial.
Ability to work autonomously

The successful candidate will ideally have:
Construction Management Tertiary Qualification
Engineering Qualification
