Qualifications & experience
Current RSA certificate
Experience in hospitality would be an advantage but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Wait Staff are required to serve meals to customers, transparent tables, communicate with chefs, operating a dishwasher when required.
Bar staff are required to serve drinks, including cocktails, take menu orders, clear glassware from tables. Cleaning of bar area as a part of lock up procedures.
