We are a growing national Australian owned company involved in manufacturing and services in the water industry.

We have various small business units across Australia of varying size that come under the corporate parent yo deliver solutions for our customer base.

As part of our growth we want to appoint an OHS Manager who will work with the business units to build a common system to manage safety and build a culture of safety first within our company.

There are systems in various businesses which need reviewing so we have the same system and processes nationally.

You will also work with various managers in the business to develop their safety knowledge and train them in compliance and audits.

You will also be comfortable helping managers with risk assessments and safety documentation such as SOP and SWIMs





You will also deal with state workers compensation insurers in managing premiums, claims and return to work strategies.

This is a outstanding chance for someone who enjoys training, process development and compliance and who is a hands on operator.

The role will be based in Melbourne but some travel will be required across Australia when visiting branches.

Formal qualifications in OHS, safety, training or risk assessments is highly regarded.
