The Role

The Integrated Business Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment across the business, ensuring that planning processes are cohesive, data-driven, and forward-looking. Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the integrated business planning process across the organisation,
ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution
n
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to drive cohesive planning outcomes
n
Develop, implement, and continuously improve planning frameworks, tools, and methodologies
n
Provide high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights to support executive-level decision making
n
Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-informed planning throughout the organisation

Skills and Experience
n
n
MUST have FMCG or Manufacturing background!
n
Demonstrated experience in an integrated business planning from a finance viewpoint.
n
Robust analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights
n
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse business functions
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering executive-level reporting
n
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a track record of driving process improvement and organisational alignment
