The vibrant Town of Victoria Park is on the lookout for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our lifeguard team in a casual capacity.

Your new role

As a lifeguard, you will play a vital role in creating a secure, welcoming and fun environment for all pool users. Your responsibilities will include supervising swimmers, setting up and packing away equipment, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the aquatic area.

We are looking for team players with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent customer service skills. If you are ready to make a splash in a role where no two days are the same, then we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll need to succeed
relevant lifeguard qualifications
current first aid certificate
national police clearance
exceptional customer service skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach




Pool Operations Certificate is desirable

The benefits of working for us

Hourly rate of $46.18 (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation
