We are seeking experienced Nurse Contractors to provide high-quality nursing care across community and aged care settings in Ashford NSW.

What You'll Do

Provide person-centred nursing care in clients' homes and community settings
n
Conduct health assessments and monitor clients' health needs
n
Support medication management and clinical care
n
Work collaboratively with support workers, families and healthcare professionals
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
n
Promote independence, dignity and positive health outcomes
n

What We're Looking For

n

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Community, aged care or relevant clinical experience preferred
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
n
Current relevant checks and compliance documents
n
Own vehicle and Australian driver's licence preferred
n
