Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in a classroom setting

Develop (or learn to) and update training materials and resources
n
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
n
Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey
n
Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to continuously improve training delivery
n
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes
n
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
n
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
n




Relevant qualifications in nursing
n
TAE4022 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent or, working towards or, willing to complete as a traineeship or a higher education qualification in adult education
n
Prior experience in delivering training and assessing students or willing to learn
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
n
Dedication to professionalism and continuous improvement
